Current weight is 170lbs/77kg.
Tonight chest routine build up was 80, 100, 120, 120, 160 “PR”, working sets with the 140’s 6x5.

There isn’t a reason why you shouldn’t go hard. My next mission is to hit the 170’s and to bench my weight in each arm! Super pumped about my PR today with the 160’s.
