What a weeeeeek! Brookdale pet night with the youth group. In attendance: nursing home residents, teenagers, Toby the turtle, Rusty the bunny, Lizzy the bearded dragon, Thor the dog and Chewy the chinchilla. 😳 Everybody wins with pet therapy. Also, Bookfest! My amazing manager Jolande and sweet, supportive husband KP at lunch with a view: Boondocks restaurant in Howey. Friday morning run in my AaronStrong shirt. (4 miles!!!! Ahh!!) And of course, the reno-life. Painting the big room to get rid of the final ugly-beige that once covered nearly every wall in our house. Annnnnnnd Newsies at Real Life! They kicked booty and took names and I cheered so loud, my head still hurts. These kids make us proud to even know them.
