I very nearly didn’t upload this because I thought my belly looked weird because of the black mat blending into my black shorts BUT then I realised, I am so proud of doing this move so who cares if my belly looks a bit odd! -
For the first ten minutes of learning this move, I just kept saying “I can’t do it” without really trying that hard & then when I saw a few girls in the class achieve it, I said to my pole buddy @emily_13_97 & teacher @amberwelford “I’m going to do it” and I did it! 💁🏼♀️ isn’t the power of positive mental attitude amazing? 😇
