85kg (187,4 lbs) x 5-6 reps / 3 sets!πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
After training I decided go for a run πŸ˜‚ yes I’m crazy..I know... I ran 5,7km and almost died lol πŸ˜‚
Now I can’t feel my legs πŸ˜ˆπŸ˜‚πŸ€˜πŸΌ
