Today was leg day. I did my working weight on squats:
85kg (187,4 lbs) x 5-6 reps / 3 sets!ππ½ββοΈ
After training I decided go for a run π yes Iβm crazy..I know... I ran 5,7km and almost died lol π
Now I canβt feel my legs πππ€πΌ
