When the gym is packed and the machine you had programmed is occupied, what do you do? Improvise. -
This particular movement actually worked better than the low row machine at my gym because I was able to orientate myself in such a way that allowed for a greater stretch on the lats! -
Also, since I was standing, I was able to be more explosive throughout the movement and allow my entire body to work as a unit rather than sitting on my butt on a rowing machine. -
The second video is a pretty nice stretching sequence to do in between sets on back day to really stretch out the lats and allow more fresh blood to pump into the muscle!
