So the rest of the meal from the ๐งรฃ๐รฃ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ & ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ณ๐๐๐ collabo was some the most amazing dishes Iโve had this year.

Every dish was a carefully crafted umami bomb, especially this ๐ช๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ณ ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐น with bits of caramelised onions, seaweed & yolk. Itโs like a pimped up bibimbap, although I would prefer a thicker and more marbled wagyu slices.

๐ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ณ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐น ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ with the most delicious sambal & aioli.
๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ผ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ฝ๐น๐๐บ๐ฎ with the most earthy ramen broth ๐

๐ Last but not least, one of the best desserts in town, the ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ธ๐ผ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐๐, this time the crunchy-on-the-outside French toast was topped with cinnamon soft serve rather than green tea.
