Who loves turmeric?! ππ½ββοΈ Itβs such an easy way to get all those benefits just by adding it to your oatmeal. This time I decided to take the easier route & try some pre-made oatmeal & I was very impressed ππΌ Not only does this oatmeal have a lot of benefits & nutrients, but it also only has 6 grams of sugar! π Which is rare for store bought oatmeals...

ππΌ Coconut Turmeric Vibrant Oats (@purely_elizabeth) cooked with unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk) in the microwave for 1 1/2 mins. Then topped with a dollop of Vanilla Skyr (@siggisdairy), sliced half banana, pepitas (@natureseats), hemp seeds (@manitobaharvest) & some toasted coconut π€€
(and I totally forgot to add the granola it came with π€¦π½ββοΈ)
