🍵 Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

It’s been AGES since I’ve had chia seed pudding so I prepped this last night & it was ready to go in the morning 😋 Added in some matcha for an extra boost 💨 for the morning 👏🏼

What’s in my bowl🥣
▫️3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)
▫️1/4 Chia Seeds (@heb)
▫️1 tsp Matcha Powder (@ujidomatchatea)
▫️2 tsp Raw Honey
▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix everything together in a mason jar & refrigerator overnight (make sure to stir the chia seeds well otherwise they will clump).
Eat straight from the jar or empty out into a bowl & top with sliced strawberries, almond butter (@wholefoods) & hemp seeds (@manitobaharvest)!
