Transitioning from one version to the next is never graceful. Full disclosure ahead If there is one thing I can tell you, it’s that change and transition are inevitable and never all unicorns, pink fluffy clouds or rainbow cupcakes. I have known that the first 3 months of this year was going to be shit shifting in a lot of ways. Leading into the end of last year showed me exactly that - friendships ended, job changes, my Woo work became more focused on self care and boundaries (assisting others in looking after themselves) which in turn meant I had to practice what I teach and it’s been a game changer. Walking away from that which no longer lights me up and those who didn’t treat me with respect meant I had to do my own inner work and recognise where I needed to show up for me. Working on Flourish:Refresh has meant that it’s time to integrate even more rather than seperate. Card readings will be interwoven into sessions when required but not a focus of the session. The messages come via me from source and I trust them. It’s the same with energy healing being woven into every session. Coaching and holding space as well as teaching is what lights me up. Watching clients move forward using simple techniques to encourage empowerment, confidence and healthy boundaries is what lights me up. The biggest one that lights me up is watching you, yes you reading this, connect to your own inner power. That’s what I am here to facilitate. The last few days have been huge for me energetically and I know it’s because transformation and transition are here.
