Today I stumbled off the plan pretty hard. So I text my coach, told her what happened, and here I am back up on my horse getting shit DONE. It’s ok to make a mistake. As long as you own it and learn from it. That’s how we grow as human beings, through our mistakes. So here’s to the rest of prep, here’s to sticking to the plan, here’s to knowing that I’m bringing my best self to the stage in just under 9 weeks.
