Killer tricep and push workout tonight, I incorporated all kinds of pressing movements, from bench press, overhead press and skull crushers. Recorded my 3 favourite tricep exercises! Tricep extensions, push downs and one armed push downs with a little flick to really stretch the muscle. Went for high volume not too high weight tonight to give more or a burn than a burnout but still enough to struggle on those last few reps
