I think one of the hardest things to do is trying to get through the day when you’re struggling mentally or with something constantly hurting you, but if you’re reading this it means you’re alive, you’re here, you woke up today. I am so very proud of you for getting through yesterday, for trying your best today. You’re doing amazing truly you are. 
I understand how exhausting things can get and in that time I want you to take it easy, don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re one person, you’re human, you weren’t built to deal with 100 things at once take things slow and work on one thing at a time, if you feel things becoming overwhelming take a moment and stop what you’re doing and breath deeply. Inhale from your nose and exhale through your mouth, things will be okay. 
Whatever is going on, whatever is bothering you take it slow, if you hadn’t finished something today that’s okay too don’t beat yourself up over it please you can always do it tomorrow.
I also understand how hard school can be as well and I just want to say that how you are doing mentally is more important, please don’t beat yourself up over how you’re doing in school and focus on getting yourself back up to feeling okay, I understand how much parents can also affect you when it comes to school because they don’t understand that how you’re doing mentally is important to and some may not listen but I had a prof tell me that how I’m doing mentally is so much more important than a grade, I just want you to know that I will be here to support you, to care and to help you whenever you need.
