Today was chest day and I did some sets on bench pres:
1. 55kg x 4 reps
2. 57,5kg x 1 rep
3. 60kg x 1 rep (2 sets)
And of course these sets wasn’t first or last lol🙈 Today I did a lot of sets and now I’m so tired 🤷🏼♀️
Fun fact: I feel like sponge after every training because I working really hard!💪🏼
