Let’s talk about High carb diets vs High fat diets.
I get a lot of questions on which one is better for fat loss so here we go

One is not superior to the other and if you go high carbs or high fats the rate of fat loss does not change if you’re keeping calories and protein the same.

However can you as an individual feel better on a particular macronutrient split?👇
Yes!!! I’ve been a trainer for 7 years and i wish the same approach that worked for me would work for everyone else, because that would be absolutely amazing and be an easy day in the office for me.
However this isn’t exactly true, for example i do and feel absolutely amazing on a higher carb approach but i do have clients who don’t feel good on higher carbs and would prefer to do a higher fat macronutrient split.

Now with finding the right macronutrient split for you i would suggest you try out both high carb and a high fat approach and see what you feel better on and actually enjoy more as being adherent to the diet and sustaining that long term is key so make sure you actually enjoy your diet and can see yourself doing that in 10 years time if you want some long term results.
