After two months, Iโm continuing to sustain my training and working with a coach at @mindfitgroup.ca to push my wellness goals beyond what I had initially envisioned for myself ๐ stay tuned!

Learning to trust the experts and rely on their process, I was able to really lean out and strengthen muscle more than I ever was training on my own and eating healthy. Iโm learning that diet really is a science; that carbs fats and proteins need to be properly measured for your body type if you really want to see results ๐ช๐ป and you need to push your strength to its max utilizing the right muscles at the right times.

This is the absolute best health Iโve ever been in, and I didnโt think I was starting from a very unhealthy place! .

I sleep less, have more (positive) energy, never crash during the day like I used to (between 2-4 like clockwork) and Iโve completely overcome a serious medical issue I had before I started!! ๐๐ป .

I wish I had invested in a coach so long ago and learned everything I could from them, but alas, itโs always better late than never! .
