After two months, Iโ€™m continuing to sustain my training and working with a coach at @mindfitgroup.ca to push my wellness goals beyond what I had initially envisioned for myself ๐Ÿ˜ stay tuned!

Learning to trust the experts and rely on their process, I was able to really lean out and strengthen muscle more than I ever was training on my own and eating healthy. Iโ€™m learning that diet really is a science; that carbs fats and proteins need to be properly measured for your body type if you really want to see results ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป and you need to push your strength to its max utilizing the right muscles at the right times.

This is the absolute best health Iโ€™ve ever been in, and I didnโ€™t think I was starting from a very unhealthy place! .

I sleep less, have more (positive) energy, never crash during the day like I used to (between 2-4 like clockwork) and Iโ€™ve completely overcome a serious medical issue I had before I started!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป .

I wish I had invested in a coach so long ago and learned everything I could from them, but alas, itโ€™s always better late than never! .
