"Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, but stigma and bias shame us all"... 6 months ago there was an intention laid on the foundations of our lives, it was "we will not let others suffer what we suffered" and from there was born Minds First. Discovering the depths of individuals who were silenced by their own community in this diverse city touched alot of hearts. At Minds First we vow to help those in need because we know life is too short to stay silent.It is time for us to put our wellbeing first, our happiness first, our needs first, it is time for us to put our Minds First.
