Here are few of my favorite plank variations, that I incorporate as a finisher to my "core day” workout, as well as a mandatory post-run practice. . . 1️⃣ plank alternating leg lifts / 1 min* 2️⃣ side plank knee drives / 30 sec each side 3️⃣ plank saws / 1 min 4️⃣ plank wraps / 30 sec each side 5️⃣ high plank / 1 min . *If you are at the beginning of your fitness journey, then start with holding a classic plank for 10 sec.
