Meditation changes the brain due to the fact that the brain is plastic, changable. Different energies surround us and shapes us. People in Sweden tends to stay the same. Sweden is a small country. Cold and dark, up in the north. In Sweden you tend to get depressed. The weather is a huge factor. People living here are freezing. It is COLD. On top of that it is DARK. When we don’t get sun, our bodies stops producing D-vitamine. That is why it’s good to eat large dozes of D-vitamine. Whatever. Our emotions are important. Think about war. Anger. Death. STRONG feelings. Emotions rule the wars also. Not just the rational thought. The emotions kept inside, building up anger and BAM!Soldiers rape women in wars, behaves like assholes. I think a lot of men dreams about war. Going to war with his gang of friends. Bros before hos. That is why men loves watching war-movies. They get a thrill out of it. Apocalypse Now. War. Chaos. No order. Shoot with guns. Fire! When a man in the western world get in touch with his spiritual side he is no longer the man he used to be. I met a man like this once. He had good vibes. I could feel his energy. Im interested in the theory of shaktipat. Shaktipat is the ability one has to transmitt energies to another person.
