I like to chill with my cat after working out. I’m pretty happy with the results this week. And, will do even better next week. 
I went to three yoga classes, one pilates and gym three times. Doing yoga make a big difference in my life. Today, my pilates instructor told me that I’m getting stronger. Just a year I go, I used to weight 104 lbs and is now 120 lbs. I’m proud myself with doing all this work by myself and going to group classes.
