My first ever CrossFit Open is complete! ✔️ There have been ups and there have been downs. But that’s expected, as nothing in life is perfect. These past 5 weeks have challenged me more so than the last 10 years of working out EVER has and I’m so thankful for the people around me that keep me motivated and hungry to get better each and every day. Although how i feel about my performance in 19.5 can be told by the look on my face 😂 I’m genuinely happy about my overall performance in this ultimate test of physical ability. Over the last 7 months since starting this new journey, i have grown both physically and mentally more than i ever have in such a short period of time. Of course, it wouldn’t be so without the help of my coaches @dsullyo and @cftrcoachjody who are there 24/7 to answer my questions and give me feedback. I couldn’t ask more from them.
