Since getting back from Jamaica and DC I’ve realized that I have slipped up in a few areas of my life.
Namely my style and fitness.
Which are obviously big representations of where you’re at mentally.
So now I’m experimenting with new styles (more color) and sticking to a workout plan that not only gets results; but also fits with my lifestyle.
As in the past I’ve forced myself to follow XYZ plan and failed to keep hitting it every day.
And as you already know it’s doing stuff regularly that brings you results. Not just here and there.
I’m taking the mindset I’ve applied to making money and overcoming IBS to now get myself in shape and looking great while doing it.
