90% of my weightloss has came from changing my eating habits. However, since I reached my goal of size 12 jeans (14 in some cuts, I still have hips and butt. 😀) I have been able to purchase size M in some tops and jackets, so it is time for a new goal. I am SLOWLY adding more fitness!!! So, after my walk today....squats and planks.
