😌The meal preps with beans are for my husband. It’s basically what I eat plus the carbs that I don’t eat. 😪 that’s how I managed to cook for all. I just cook their side dishes and add that to the main protein meal👍🏻 . I figured meal prepping for him keeps me on track too. 🙌🏻 this way we don’t eat out when there is no time to cook. 😌
