Here’s another Leg workout for y’all. Yet again wasn’t able to film all exercises but supplemented them with older footage. 😊 Enjoy.⁣

Barbell Back Squats: 5x6 (80% of 1RM)⁣
Glute Thrusts: 3-4x6-8 ⁣
Dumbbell Bulgarian Squats: 3-4x8-12 (each leg)⁣
Walking Dumbbell Lunges: 3x10-20⁣
Leg Extensions: 3-4x10-20 ⁣

A few quick points:⁣
⁣
▶️ On the glute thrusts, doing them banded is optional. The benefit to banded is that you incorporate more of your Abductor muscles. Also glute thrusts are numero uno to building big, strong glutes. No other exercise comes close. Let’s face it girls and guys both want to have juicy buns, so give them a try lol.⁣
