I’ve been cooking up a storm this weekend... but it’s not about food! I’ve been busy putting the finishing touches on my new healthy living challenge! I’ve got my detox approved meals, the necessary supplements and my workouts planned for the next week!  Want to follow my progress? I’ll share the good, the bad and the ugly...
