Check points:
•The movement should come from the shoulder and not the elbow
•Hands/traps/shoulders should be relaxed
•Elbow flexed to around 90 degrees .

•Throwing a hammer back every time you swing your arm
•hand pass hip
•Core tight/engaged
•glute tight

Do about 2-3 sets 1/ea side mixed with free sprints.
