I UNDERSTAND YOU.

When life get’s busy, exercise is the first thing to go by the wayside. The main reason I am consistent is because I work in fitness. I am in the gym with clients and I am THERE - able to do my own workout after clients leave. 
So I understand it’s hard to get over the first hurdle of getting into the gym in the first place.

Here are some tips for you busy people: 👍🏼 Set your alarm and get up before everyone else so you can do your workout. The only obstacle (usually) at 6am is your willingness to get out of bed. There’s (usually) not much else stopping you at 6am. 👍🏼 Book your exercise sessions in your fitness journal like an appointment. You wouldn’t skip any other appointment that is scheduled so don’t bail on yourself (because you are the only one responsible for yourself)

I couldn’t think of anything better than booking 45 minutes with yourself for yourself, three to four times a week.
