Post workout meal/late night dinner is baked chicken, the “pasta” is organic brown rice/organic  quinoa noodles, 1 smashed avocado, some salt free seasonings, low-fat plain Greek yogurt, chopped onion, and then a side of some cottage cheese. All complaint from the @21daymealplan so happy to be back on my life style change. It’s nice to go to the store and know what you need instead of walking around looking for what you want.
