I love everything in Brixton, from the Caribbean grocers selling Jamaican patties and pineapple soft drink to the halal butchers and the Senegalese textile stores, the Polish craft shop and the Chinese, Taiwanese, Mexican, Argentinian, French and Japanese food stalls in the market arcades. Like a multicultural distillation of London itself.
