This is everything I live and breathe, hear myself preaching often and feel sooooo passionately about 🔥🔥🔥 If we are constantly making decisions and living a life based purely on the notion of attaining “happiness” we will always feel that we are failing!
Life is not designed for us to attach only to the highs and run from/avoid contrast. That is the ultimate recipe for suffering my friends!
We are here to experience the depth and breadth of it all. Without the dark, we cannot appreciate the light. Without the contrast we can’t find clarity on what lights us up.
