This is 10 months postpartum. Everything feels really good except my abdomen. My diastisis recti is still at just over two fingers and to be honest it is kind of feeling worse lately. I feel bloated almost 24/7 which is strange because that didn’t use to happen and my diet isn’t really any different ! My stomach still balloons out if I’m not holding it in, and my skin is still there loose as ever ! So although it’s uncomfortable to feel so bloated, I’m still feeling pretty dang majestic! I’m hitting my fitness goals and it feels great ! How are you feeling lately with your postpartum body? .
