One of the things I used to love about myself is how flexible I was.

Because I knew it came from cheerleading, my very first love.

It also gives me so much pride going to practice and showing my girls that everything I’m teaching them is for a reason!

I always try to tell them I don’t make them do anything I wouldn’t do. And with this injury it’s been difficult.
