Drowning in the daydreaming and thoughts doesn’t work for me, but being in the present moment helps a lot to take right decisions in right time. Brain is amazing tool to realize the soul potential, and somewhere the line between using this tool for good and being controlled by it 🤷🏼♀️🔮
