Healthy fish and chips - SO simple and SO  delicious. Grate tumeric, garlic, ginger and mix into a small bowl of soy sauce. Dip the fish (I use skinless barramundi) into the mixture and coat with quinoa flakes. Bake for 25 mins at 180. Air fry carrots as chips ( was feeling cheeky and did a mix of potato too) 🐟
