I always admired people who ran as I couldn’t even run a 100 yards to catch my train without feeling I was having a heart attack. 5 years later - I am 3.5 stone lighter, fitter, stronger and I am now running half marathons for a laugh. If I can do it, so can you 👍

My final training session is now complete, 15 miles later, looking like a sweaty mess. Newport Half Marathon - I am ready for what ever you throw at me
