When people ask her how she came to love her body she always say ‘I took a lot of pictures.’ The way she learned to love every inch of herself was by photographing herself and looking at her body in different positions and in different angles. She honestly can’t say why it helped...maybe it was some form of exposure therapy. Maybe she just slowly began to see the beauty in every bump and roll. All she know is that it helped...a lot. She tooks pictures just like this almost every night. For no one else’s eyes but my own until she became comfortable enough with others seeing them as well. She recommend trying this to anyone who is still trying to get comfortable with their bodies. It worked a treat for her ✨🌼🌛 P.s no..she don’t fold her clothes 😂
