Here’s a friendly reminder that unless your in the top 10% in your sport (and even then🤷🏼♂️) and do it for a living there is no sense attaching emotion to other people’s results, as in :
How strong they are
How fast they can run
How low their body fat % is 🤫
How many IG followers they have🤦🏼♂️

What you can do is learn from their processes; take an objective view of their training, apply similar principles, work just as hard etc.

Just know, what other people are capable of doesn’t diminish your capacity to work hard for your own results.
