⬆️ was the highlight of my day.
JuJu’s first track race the 60 yd dash at 21 months 😁
My day was suppose to be sleeping in and prepping for a 5k on the track in the afternoon then @runwolfpack team dinner.
In reality, I woke up feeling crummy, thinking it was cause JuJu woke me up. The. Realizing she didn’t wake me up that early (6am) as my body began to feel worse and through the morning. Took a 90 min nap which made me feels better. JuJu had a great time sprinting around the track away from me. When it came down to running she didn’t let go of my finger.
On my 5k warm up, I was short of breath running 9:15 pace and stomach felt like fire. I figure it was best to not start (and skip team dinner) and save my body for 16 miles tomorrow 🤞 -
