2019 THE YEAR OF THE BANDS. I love dips as an accessory exercise for bench press and an overall upper body exercise but after awhile more challenge is needed and lets be honest, the top 1/3 has very little resistance. So here is a way to increase demand in that position. I like the @dts_edu green bands best as the quality is high and resistance is just right for me. 4-6 slow tempo eccentric then fast concentric tempo on the way up, then wiggle the bum until the band falls off and burn out with bodyweight.
