Nature is a place where I find clarity, I love the ocean I feel really connected to its energies. The beautiful horizon, the ups and downs of the tides. The strength of the waves which create a ripple effect. Humans have lost their connection with nature, including me. We are all products of society to some degree, raised in a concrete jungle.

It is our responsibility to return back to nature and our roots. Spending more times out doors, soaking in the sunlight. Taking a swim in the ocean or just absorbing the vibes, being cleansed by its energies.
Eating more plant based foods because when you consume earth you become earth. Namaste🍃
