A Prayer for Release🙌
May you be free of thoughts that threaten your well-being. May you be gentle and kind with your heart, surrounding it with warmth. May you be curious about what wants to come alive. May you be forgiving of the ways you have been closed and stuck. May you remember the deepest truth of your beauty, perfection, possibility and aliveness. May you be courageous to show up in the world acknowledging your heartache and stepping into your joy. May your heart open and be free. Amen.
