𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 — 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 A few months ago the “White Album” by @thebeatles was re-released, including one of my favorite songs ever: Blackbird. ⠀ ⠀ The approach both in music and art was night and day difference from their previous album “Sgt. Pepper”. Art wise, The White Album is also one of my favorite album covers of all time. It‘s minimal as well as a big white “flag of peace” because of the Vietnam War going on at the time, amongst other rebellion and discomfort against one another. Taking the same minimal approach of The White Album I designed a personal Blackbird Single cover, just for fun. I used the same embossed ‘Beatles’ effect as the album.
