This is the SiurAlta “Antic” by Alfredo Arribas made with 75-80 year old vine Carignan planted in red clay soils located in the Monsant D.O., Spain. The organic/biodynamic Carignan is hand harvested, whole-cluster fermented (spontaneous), aged in clay Amphora for 10 months before being bottled unfined/unfiltered with little to no added sulfur.
