Spent the day with the awesome @chefjamescathcart chef to stars! Taught me how to turn liquid chocolate or peanut butter into powder, which turns back into liquid when you eat it. We made beautiful chocolate desserts with edible flowers. Excited for day 2! Living an actual dream 🤩
