Mental health/depression is an ugly topic for me.
I go through points in my life with high highs and low lows
And a low point for me looks like this:
Don’t want to get out of bed in the morning,
Feeling ‘blah’,
Distant,
Don’t bother me,
Easily irritated,
Quick to anger,
Negative mindset creeps in:
‘I’m not doing enough’
‘I can do better’
‘There’s so much to do !’
I’m bringing this up because I have recently experienced a low point and it just seems like the regular exercise (which has always been what works for me) was not providing any relief. This feeling passed as it ALWAYS does but I am wondering, those who experience these lows, what do you do to help it pass ?
