I wouldn’t take advice from Winnie the Pooh, but funny thing is, I came across a great quote this character said on time, “you’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” This is a great quote to repeat to yourself in a new or uncomfortable situation to help your mindset.
