Our clients have weekly or fortnightly check ins with there coach in order to adjust, re-assess and ensure there plan is still working the way it should be.

During this time we set some goals for the time in between in order to help build upon the healthy habits we are creating. --
The goals we set are and extension of the plan and are used to help enforce the new habits we are building to ensure that we are creating a long-term health solution for our client.
