Declutter and maximize the area in your home. Stuffed closets make your closet space look insufficient, so consider storing excess belongings offsite. Removing extra clutter (office furniture, power strips, televisions, toys, etc) will make the room feel more relaxing and organized.
Couple of hacks:
• always clear closet floors... gives the illusion of larger closets
• keep all counters clear - kitchen, bathrooms, etc... again makes spaces look bigger (store your daily toiletries in baskets under the sink and pull out to get ready)
• pack your little knick knacks, travel souvenirs and clear shelves and display cabinets. (spaces should show order and organization) • toys! Most common concern... need to have handy but out of sight. Again baskets work great. Make it fun for your child, pack most away and rotate ever couple of weeks. Your kids are going to feel like it’s Christmas!
• remove your dried up dusty flowers - no explanation needed!
