Rottnest Salt Lakes. After we had a soak at Salmon Bay, we continued cycling around the recommended 10km bike trail back to Thomson Bay. We met another quokka on the way back, but mainly we were busy being sun-baked under the really hot sun.
The salt lake looked pretty dried and we could actually walk on the edge on the white crystal-like salt surface.
