A lot of training days for me look like this..working on technique at light weights, doing movements that are not easy, and just plain struggling. I decided to start sharing more of these kind of days because social media makes people believe that everyone is killing it everyday, high skill movements are ‘easy’, and that no one struggles (I’m definitely guilty of this too) No matter what level of fitness you get to, there’s always something to get better at. The thing is that you have to learn to love the process and not get caught up in comparing yourself to other people because everyone’s journey is different. Find something that you love to do (even on those hard days) and stick with it!
